Once an appraisal is ordered, we work to ensure the customer is satisfied from the outset of the process. We assist clients in determining the right valuation product needed, coordinate property inspections, and deliver a clear and concise report within an efficient timeframe. The combination of management support, appraiser professionalism, and support staff ensures customers receive appraisals of the highest quality in a shorter period of time than our competitors. We aim to eliminate the customer’s need to reconnect with the appraiser for more information or clarification after the report is submitted. At Titan, we do it right the first time.
